When reporting a error the more information the better!
So please when reporting the error give us some simple information like:
- What browser you were using
- What operating system
- A copy of the error message
- What you were doing at the time of the error
- Where the error occured
- Any unusal activity by your computer
- If you are using a wireless router and if you have a firewall
- Any other information regarding what you were doing and what happened
